What’s included in the price: Full development and deployment of the integrations which includes

  • Discovery call (should include customer and vendor resource)
  • Design Document (to be signed off by customer)
  • Integration Build in a lower environment (implementation or Preview tenant)
  • Integration System (including attributes and maps)
  • Sequence Generator for filename
  • Integration Delivery
  • ISU and ISSG
  • Notifications (set up in Production)
  • Schedule (set up in Production)
  • Developer Testing (Automate INT runs our own tests to verify the integration works as designed, sometimes called Unit Testing)
  • Knowledge Transfer
  • Customer Testing Support (Customer Testing is the customer’s responsibility but Automate INT will provide guidance and will fix any defects in the integration. Sometimes this is called End to End Testing, System Integration Testing or Acceptance Testing)
  • Deployment to Production
  • Verification of first integration run

Customer Responsibilities

  • Initial vendor contact
  • Escalation with vendor if the vendor is unresponsive
  • Participation in Discovery Call
  • Review and approval of Design Document
  • Participation in Knowledge Transfer
  • Customer Testing
  • Ownership of Integration once it’s in Production

What is not included in the price

  • Any customization that cannot be accommodated with Workday’s delivered template
  • Status meetings (Automate INT can provide weekly status updates via email.)
